Todd Tilghman Wins 'The Voice' and Thunderstorm Artis Fans Have Such Strong Feelings

Todd Tilghman Wins ‘The Voice’ 2020

Host Carson declares Dalyed Todd as the season champion in Spring 2020 after winning the most votes ahead of Tuesday night ‘s final. Todd performed “I Can Only Imagine” by MercyMe and his own original song titled “Long Way Home” on Monday night’s episode of The Voice.

Todd has stood out for coaches Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, and Nick Jonas over time throughout the competition. Todd defeated the rest of the top 5 candidates, including Thunderstorm Artis, Micah Iverson, CammWess, and Toneisha Harris, despite tough competition.

Todd was a star from the beginning of his Voice journey when, when taking on Bob Seger’s “We’ve Got Tonight,” he switched four tables. His soulful voice served him well during battles, knockouts and live shows. He later sailed his way into the final after Collin Raye ‘s interpretation of “You, Me.”

Fans have been delighted since Todd has been declared the winner. Without missing a beat, viewers began to express their enthusiasm for the talented singer.

That said, there were Thunderstorm fans too who were dismayed to learn that their favorite didn’t take first place at home. They also went on social media to express their opinions on the result.

Though Thunderstorm hasn’t been named the winner of this season, we ‘re sure this isn’t the last we’ll hear of him. For instance, season nine Voice runner-up Emily Ann Roberts went on to perform in the Grand Ole Opry.

Among many others, she joined a renowned roster of country stars such as fellow Voice coach Blake, Garth Brooks and Keith Urban. Safe to assume, the future of Thunderstorm would be equally brilliant.

As for Todd, his win after a one-of-a-kind Voice season, calls for a celebratory party. Fans will remain tuned for all of Todd’s exciting new music ventures which will kick off early.
