How to boost your immune system in three ways

You want to remain healthy so your days will be long, you want to reduce your body weight, and stop complaining of stress. You want to stay off the hospital and looking bouyant and strong then you must have a strong immune system to combat any form of disease.

A strong immune system help your organs and processes of the body to provide resistance to infection and toxins. Organs include the thymus, bone marrow, and lymph nodes.

However you must note that bad habits will cause the immune system to lose its power and cause you to be open to attack and your health will be at stake.

Here are three tips that will help boost your immune system;

1 . Get lots of sleep –
You can’t talk of boosting your immune system and not talk of sleeping. Your body needs rest and if you refuse it you are sure to face the consequences.

Getting adequate rest may strengthen your natural immunity. Also, if you are having difficulty sleeping early reduce the time you spend on your screen (tv, smartphone, computer) by one hour before bed time.

Inadequate sleep may increase your risk of getting sick. Most adults should get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.

2 . Eat more fresh plant foods –
For you to be able to combat those flying disease everywhere you must learn to eat fresh plant food like leaves, fruits, nuts, legumes and seeds.

Fresh plant food are rich in antioxidants and they give you an advantage above pathogens. The antioxidants in these foods help decrease inflammation by combatting unstable compounds called free radicals, which can cause inflammation when they build up in your body in high levels.

Chronic inflammation causes disease like heart disease and even cancer. Plant foods contain antioxidants, fiber, and vitamin C, all this reduce the risk of illness.

3 . Drink lots of water –
Taking water and lots of it doesn’t just protect you from sickness and ailments, it is more helpful to your overall health. Hydration prevents germs and viruses.

Dehydration can cause headaches and hinder your physical performance, focus, mood, digestion, and heart and kidney function. These complications can increase your susceptibility to illness.

Tea and juice are quite hydrating too but taking lots of that will increase your sugar level and that can be harmful, so taking lots of water will be preferable and better.
